Our one week summer camps for kids entering 3rd through 8th grade cover important basic kitchen skills, such as safety and sanitation, knife skills, grilling, roasting, egg preparation, and of course measuring and baking. No two sessions are alike! Feel free to sign up for one or more sessions.
We also offer specialty holiday camps and custom adult cooking events for groups of 6 to 12 participants.
We focus on classical techniques and practical, scratch-prepared recipes that participants can use for years to come.

Kids' Summer Cooking Camp 2024
Come cook up some fun with us! Activities are designed to cover important basic skills, such as grilling, sautéing, roasting, egg preparation, and of course measuring and baking. The focus will be on classic techniques and practical, scratch-prepared recipes that they can use for years to come. Each session will be limited to 12 students in order to provide a safe, constructive environment.
All Sessions Are for Boys and Girls Entering 3rd - 8th grade
9am - 12:30pm, M-F
Cost: $325 per week, includes snack and lunch each day, Nolavore apron, and a self-assembled recipe book of the dishes prepared during the week.

Late Summer Encore Session I July 29th-August 2nd

Each session will include some repeat and some new dishes, to balance the practicing of our skills with exposure to new cuisines.
