8-week class sessions throughout the school year and one week summer camps cover important basic kitchen skills, such as safety and sanitation, knife skills, grilling, roasting, egg preparation, and of course measuring and baking.
We focus on classic techniques and practical, scratch-prepared recipes that students can use for years to come.
