Kids' Summer Cooking Camp
Come cook up some fun with us! Activities are designed to cover important basic skills, such as grilling, sautéing, roasting, egg preparation, and of course measuring and baking. The focus will be on classic techniques and practical, scratch-prepared recipes that they can use for years to come. Each session will be limited to 8 students, or a 4:1 chef to camper ratio, in order to provide a safe, constructive environment.
Sessions I and II For Boys and Girls entering 4rd - 7th grade - SOLD OUT
Session III for Boys and Girls entering 4th-7th grade August 10th-14th
9am - 12:30pm, M-F
Cost: $295 per week, includes snack and lunch each day, Nolavore apron, and a self-assembled recipe book of the dishes prepared during the week.

Session III Monday August 10th-Friday August 14th, 2020
Each session will include some repeat and some new dishes, to balance the practicing of our skills with exposure to new cuisines.
