Kids' Cooking Camps and Classes
Come cook up some fun with us! Group activities are designed to cover important basic skills, such as kitchen safety and sanitation, knife skills, grilling, roasting, egg preparation, and of course measuring and baking. The focus will be on classic techniques and practical, scratch-prepared recipes that students can use for years to come. Each class will be limited to 8 students in order to provide a safe, constructive environment.
For Boys and Girls in/entering 3rd - 6th grade.
Cost: $280 per session, includes daily snack and self-assembled recipe book!
Winter 2019 Session:
Wednesday, January 9th-Wednesday, February 27th 4:30-6pm
Spring 2019 Session:
Wednesday, March 13th-Wednesday, May 8th 4:30-6pm (no class Wednesday, April 24th)

Each class session will include some repeat and some new dishes, to balance the practicing of our skills with exposure to new cuisines.
