Join us Thursday, February 23rd and Friday, February 24th for a fun Mardi Gras themed cooking camp! We will prepare classic Louisiana dishes and string some beads together to boot!

9am to 12:30pm, snack and lunch included.

KIDS' COOKING CAMP LIABILITY/RISK WAIVER AND PHOTO RELEASE

Please read carefully before signing. This document includes a release of liability and waiver of certain rights. You must fill out one for each child attending camp.

In consideration for my child being permitted to participate in cooking camps at Nolavore, I agree to the following provisions:

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISKS
I understand there are numerous risks associated with participating in any cooking activities, including but not limited to using sharp knives, operating hot stoves, boiling water, hot oil, ovens, and operating kitchen equipment. I give permission for my child to participate in all cooking activities, including those described above. I acknowledge and assume the risks involved in these cooking activities and for any damage, illness, and/or injuries resulting from such risks. There are no physical, emotional, or mental problems or limitations associated with my child’s participation in cooking class activities except as disclosed by me in writing to Nolavore LLC.

RELEASE, WAIVEROF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION
I, on behalf of my child, hereby release and waive any claim or prospective claim of liability by my child or by me on behalf of my child, against Nolavore, and/or their employees, tenants, or agents, with respect to any injuries, illness, damage, or death occurring to my child while he or she participates in any and all activities.

PHOTO RELEASE
Nolavore LLC has my permission to use my or my child’s photograph publically to promote cooking camps and classes. I understand that the images may be used in print publications, online publications, presentations, websites, and social media. I also understand that no royalty, fee, or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use.
