Come cook up some fun with us! Activities are designed to cover important basic skills, such as grilling, sautéing, roasting, egg preparation, and of course measuring and baking. The focus will be on classic techniques and practical, scratch-prepared recipes that they can use for years to come. Each session will be limited to 12 students in order to provide a safe, constructive environment.

All Sessions Are for Boys and Girls Entering 3rd - 7th grade

9am - 12:30pm, M-F

Cost: $325 per week, includes snack and lunch each day, Nolavore apron, and a self-assembled recipe book of the dishes prepared during the week.

Six One-Week Sessions Available:

Session I June 5th-9th
Session II June 12th-16th
Session III June 19th-23rd
Session IV June 26th-30th
Late Summer Encore Session I July 31st-August 4th
Late Summer Encore Session II August 7th-11th

Each session will include some repeat and some new dishes, to balance the practicing of our skills with exposure to new cuisines.

Please read carefully before signing. This document includes a release of liability and waiver of certain rights.
In consideration for my child(ren) being permitted to participate in cooking camps at Nolavore, I agree to the following provisions:
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISKS
I understand there are numerous risks associated with participating in any cooking activities, including but not limited to the use of sharp knives, hot stoves, boiling water, hot oil, ovens, and other kitchen equipment. I give permission for my child(ren) to participate in all cooking activities, including those described above. I acknowledge and assume the risks involved in these cooking activities and for any damage, illness, and/or injuries resulting from such risks. There are no physical, emotional, or mental problems or limitations associated with my child(ren)’s participation in cooking class activities except as disclosed by me in writing to Nolavore LLC.
RELEASE, WAIVEROF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION
I, on behalf of my child(ren), hereby release and waive any claim or prospective claim of liability by my child(ren) or by me on behalf of my child(ren), against Nolavore, and/or their employees, tenants, or agents, with respect to any injuries, illness, damage, or death occurring to my child(ren) while participating in any and all activities.
PHOTO RELEASE
Nolavore LLC has my permission to use my or my child(ren)’s photograph publically to promote cooking camps and classes. I understand that the images may be used in print publications, online publications, presentations, websites, and across social media. I also understand that no royalty, fee, or other compensation shall become payable to me or my child(ren) by reason of such use.
